Mike and his crew were a God send for us. We spent over two frustrating years looking for a reliable contractor at Badin Lake, then we were introduced to Elite Renovations. Mike is a smart, hard working young man who runs a tight ship. He gave us a very fair quote and completed a complicated job quickly without compromising quality. I couldn’t give him and his crew a higher recommendation.

I hired Mike to do some renovations on my existing floating dock. He showed up at the agreed upon date and time to discuss the project, quoted me a fair price for the job, and completed the work on the date we agreed upon. He and his crew did a fantastic job. Elite Renovations repaired my dock and did a amazing job! They secured my jet ski lifts, replaced decking boards, removed railings and secured my dock house railings. Their attention to detail and professionalism is top notch! On time and on budget assessments!

After moving to the lake we needed a reliable contractor and lucky enough for us, Elite Renovations was both local and qualified for any task we threw at them. From adding a whole new laundry room, drywall, flooring, tile etc, they truly are a one stop shop for any home improvement project or remodel. The icing on our cake is the absolutely amazing new pier and dock that Elite built for us as well as replacing the fallen sea wall with a new one. We especially like the fact that there is NO NICKEL AND DIMING...no excuses about forgetting this and that in the quote or up-charging for something not in the quote. They know how to do any job, what it takes to do that job, and give a quote accordingly - and follow it up with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would give 10 stars on here if I could.

I don't where to start with Mike & his crew. Mike and his crew were there when they said they would be, always professional and kept a clean job site. Its hard to find contractors that will actually text or call you back immediately when you have a question and Mike always did that. If you are looking for dock repairs/rebuilds then do NOT hesitate to use this company.

Mike was very responsive and the construction was very high quality. His employees were courteous and detail-oriented. He was patient and willing to provide many options for us to consider. I hope to use him again soon and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
